Our Services Include:

• Diagnostic radiography - our Gendex radiography system provides superior quality images for the full range of diagnostic applications.
   
• Cat Scan- our Philips CT unit utilizes safe dosages of radiation to compile and transform digital information into high resolution images. We perform CT Bone Density exams in addition a wide variety of other CT testing procedures.
   
• Ultrasound - our new G.E. Logic unit provides fast, comfortable exams and produces highly detailed images for clinical accuracy. Revolutionary three- and four-dimensional ultrasound capabilities allow us to image internal anatomy moving at real-time speed.  
   
• Mammography - our Lorad system from Hologic delivers lower radiation dosages, quicker exam times and less patient discomfort than any other mammography system available. In the tranquil, relaxed atmosphere of our mammography suite, special foam “Mammopads” are used on every patient for a softer, more comfortable mammogram. 
   
• Nuclear Medicine - radioactive isotopes are used to produce high quality images highlighting internal organs as well as any skeletal abnormalities. Through Nuclear Medicine Cardiac testing, we are able to image anatomical features of the heart as well as assess cardiac function efficiency.
   
• Echocardiography - United Regional Health Care Systems enables us to offer mobile echocardiography service here in our own community, providing our patients with a convenient alternative to traveling out of town for procedures.

Home is the perfect setting for recovery. Following an illness, accident or surgery, Home is where you want to be. Nocona Hospital Home Health will be there to provide quality nursing care to meet your specific needs.

It brings the experience of our local professional staff working closely with your doctor to speed your recovery. Our staff includes registered nurses, LVN/LPN's, home health aides, physical therapy, social work, and speech therapy.

You can use your doctor. Not just our great local physicians. We can take orders from your doctor in Bowie, Duncan, Wichita Falls, Dallas, or wherever your physician is located.

We see people that have been patients in surrounding hospitals such as Fort worth, Dallas, Oklahoma City, Bowie, Duncan, Lawton, and of course, Wichita Falls - not just our great local hospital.

Home Health Services

Some of the services our nurses provide are:

• Wound Care
• Injections
• Post-Surgery Care
• Medication Teaching
• Assessment of on-going illnesses such as heart disease, CHF, diabetes, cancer, COPD, etc.

Nurses on call

Nurses are on call 24hrs. a day, 7 days a week for our patients' special needs. Our nurses are licensed in Texas and Oklahoma and are able to provide services within a 50 mile radius of our office in Nocona, Texas, as well as within a 50 mile radius of our office in Ryan, Oklahoma.  

Billing

All home health billing is done by our local office through Medicare, private insurance, private pay, or Worker's Compensation. All state and federal guidelines are strictly followed to give you the peace of mind you need.
